Frame Frenetic — Photo Editing & Collage App

Your data. Your right.
You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data Frame Frenetic holds about you. This page explains what will be deleted, what (if anything) is retained, and the exact steps to submit your request. We honor all deletion requests within 30 days.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

You can delete your data in two ways — choose whichever is easier for you:

In-App Account Deletion (Fastest)
Open Frame Frenetic → go to Profile → tap Account Settings → select Delete My Account. This immediately schedules full data removal from all Firebase services.

Send a Deletion Request by Email
Email us at shahzad.jamil@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request – Frame Frenetic" and include your registered email address or user ID. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Facebook Login Users
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also revoke Frame Frenetic's access from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites, then send us an email to complete server-side deletion.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently removed from all our systems:

Firebase Authentication account & credentials
Deleted
Firestore profile (name, email, display photo)
Deleted
Editing history & cloud-saved image thumbnails
Deleted
Firebase Storage files (uploaded edited images)
Deleted
Realtime Database presence & last-seen data
Deleted
Locally stored tokens & preferences on device
Images saved to your device gallery are stored locally on your phone and are not controlled by Frame Frenetic. You can delete them manually through your device's Photos or Gallery app.

The following non-personal, aggregated data may be retained:

Retained
Anonymous aggregate usage stats (no PII)
Retained
Crash/error logs not linked to your identity

Deletion Timeline

Here is what happens after your request is received:

Day 1–3
Request acknowledged via email
Day 1–7
Account & active data deleted
Day 30
Full deletion confirmed
Day 90
Backup purge complete
Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Frame Frenetic again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Third-Party Data

Frame Frenetic uses third-party services for authentication. Deleting your Frame Frenetic account does not automatically delete your Google or Facebook account. To remove data held by these providers, visit their respective data portals:

Revoking Frame Frenetic's access in Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings stops future data sharing but does not delete data already stored on our servers. You must also submit a deletion request to us.
